Paperwork review, interpretation and feedback - $350 flat

Detailed review of up to 4 documents (ex. evaluation reports, IEP & 504 plans, Behavior Intervention Plans)  + provide multi-faceted written recommendations + 1 parent consult meeting/strategy session (approx. 45 minutes). ​

*Note: A fee of $100 will be added to any rush/expedited reviews with 48 hours or less turnaround time (time begins after agreement, payment and all documents are submitted)

School Meeting Attendance & Support - $150/1 hour + Prorated

Advocate will attend the  school meeting (virtually) to help the parent navigate the content, advocate for the services their child needs during the meeting and provide a brief follow-up synopsis/Q&A.

Behavioral Strategy Session - $350 flat

Informal behavioral assessment by a BCBA + written behavior plan focused on 1-2  goals + ~1 hour of parent training to implement the plan at home.

Clinical/Healthcare Coordination - $400 flat

Review of multiple layers of 5-6 documents (ex. pediatricians, specialists and schools), informal parent training to understand diagnoses and related needs, written recommendations for across settings, and therapy navigation help (vetted referrals, insurance vs. private pay, waitlist management, alternative options).

Autism Evaluation and Comprehensive Report: $750 flat rate

   •   Parent/caregiver intake review and developmental history summary

   •   Direct administration of the ADOS-2 (Modules Toddler–4)

   •   Detailed behavioral observations for each activity

   •   Cross-domain summary of observed behaviors, patterns, and strengths/needs

   •   Alignment with DSM-5 autism criteria, with notation for MD review (if applicable)

   •   Contextual comparison of ADOS results with caregiver input, developmental history, and any       

        relevant outside reports (school, ST, OT, etc.). 

   •   Tailored recommendations for home, school, and therapy settings

   •   Professional, school-ready documentation — typically 10-18 pages in length

   •   Follow-up consultation to review results and next steps
