Records Review & Recs
$475
Ideal if you have an upcoming IEP or 504 meeting, recently received an evaluation, or simply want an expert second set of eyes on your child's services.
Includes:
•Review of relevant educational records related to your primary concerns
•Identification of key findings, concerns, and supporting evidence within the records
•Written recommendations and suggested next steps grounded in the available records, evaluation data, and applicable special education legal requirements
•Approximately 45-minute follow-up consultation to review findings, answer questions, and prepare for next steps
Please note: This package is designed for a focused review of current concerns. Extensive records or additional analysis outside the original scope may require additional consultation time, which will always be discussed in advance.
Behavioral Strategy Plan
$375
Ideal when you need focused help with one or two specific behavior concerns and want practical strategies you can begin using right away.
Includes:
•Parent intake and informal behavioral assessment
• Identification of likely triggers and behavioral patterns
•Individualized recommendations for 1-2 priority concerns
•Written behavior strategies action plan
•Approximately 1-hour parent training and consultation to review plan implementation
Need additional support? Ongoing parent coaching and follow-up consultation are available at $175/hour.
Individual Consultation $175/hour
Flexible, individualized support when your needs don't fit neatly into a package or when you'd like ongoing guidance as new concerns arise.
Can be used for:
•Special Education/school advocacy

•Evaluation interpretation
•Parent coaching and consultation
•School or home observations
•Child development questions
•School meeting preparation and participation
•Follow-up strategy and support
Please note: Time is billed based on the services provided. Virtual meetings are preferred whenever possible to maximize availability and minimize costs for families. In-person services may be available based on location and scheduling. Travel time is billed at a reduced rate of $100/hour.
Social Emotional Skills Coaching

Individualized virtual coaching for children and teens using a research-based curriculum, video modeling, structured discussion, practice activities, and role-play.
