About Me.

Sarah Eis, M.S., Ed.S.

Owner & Primary Consultant

School Psychologist | Licensed Behavior Analyst | Special Education Advocate

Sarah Eis is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a trusted expert in special education law and childhood disabilities. After nearly two decades of experience in public education across multiple states and districts, she shifted her focus towards helping parents meet their children's needs beyond just those at school. Sarah helps parents navigate the overwhelming and often conflicting information they receive from teachers, medical professionals, and clinicians and guides them with plans to foster positive behavioral, emotional, and academic outcomes for their children.

Sarah’s expertise extends far beyond special education law and school systems—she has a deep understanding of child development and childhood disorders as she has diagnosed hundreds of children under special education eligibility criteria for disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, emotional disabilities, cognitive impairments, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and bilingual needs. Beyond diagnostic criteria, she knows how to expertly translate evaluation data into actionable plans and has helped developed numerous targeted educational interventions, 504 accommodations, and IEP goals and services. As a licensed behavior analyst, Sarah possesses top-tier expertise in using applied behavior analysis to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans to improve daily functioning, independence, and quality of life.

Unlike many advocates or parent support professionals who specialize in just one domain, Sarah combines deep expertise in psychology, behavior, and special education systems. Having worked in a multi-disciplinary setting alongside speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and educators has given her a well-rounded, cross-disciplinary perspective. For families, this means working with Sarah is like having multiple professionals rolled into one—someone who doesn't just know the systems and paperwork, but also understands their child's individual needs, can see the full picture and who designs strategies that work in every setting, not just at school.

Most importantly, Sarah is also a mom, and her own parenting journey is the driving force behind her mission to empower and support other parents as they navigate the challenges of raising children with unique needs. Beyond her professional passions, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her son (13) and daughter (10) participate in their sports and extracurricular activities, participating in exercise classes, reading about mental and physical wellness, traveling and working on home design projects.
